Wey has been affiliated with the Chincoteague office for three years and is an active member of the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors. Wey relocated to Chincoteague from New Jersey in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kean University and has a previous background in innkeeping and hotel management.

In her spare time, Wey enjoys music, reading and restoring furniture.
