Krystyl Leonard, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Village of Midlothian office, has earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation.

Awarded by the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the Seller Representative Specialist designation recognizes Leonard as an expert in representing the best interests of sellers as well as elevating and enhancing her professional standards and performance.

“With the additional training for the Seller Representative Specialist designation, I am able to provide an even better experience to my clients with comprehensive and enhanced knowledge and support that sellers want and need in today’s marketplace,” Leonard said.

Leonard is a known as a go-getter with four years in the real estate industry. She graduated from Longwood University earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management. As a former payroll professional in the construction industry, Leonard understands what it means to handle transactions with integrity and how to keep clients’ sensitive, personal information private.
