Fonville Morisey Realty welcomes Kristin Sumner to its Stonehenge office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Sumner will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Stonehenge is participating in Fonville Morisey’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Sumner holds membership in the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
Sumner will bring her experience and knowledge as a property manager to her new role.

When not actively engaged in helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Sumner enjoys spending time with her two boxers, fantasy football, and reading. Sumner is originally from Vernon, Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from East Carolina University.
