Long & Foster Real Estate recently honored KK Homes, a sales team from the Staunton/Waynesboro office located in Staunton, Virginia. The team includes Kathleen Kellett-Ward, Hillary Reynolds, Tabby Fisher, Scott Miller, Michelle Mays, Brittni Campbell, Michelle Cook, Tori Lull and Kyle Benson.

Kellett, the founder of KK Homes, has been working in real estate for 15 years and has been involved in the industry for 20 years. Kellett and KK Homes are the top-selling real estate team in Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County.

The team was recognized for outstanding sales achievement for the following office-specific awards: Top Team for the Office by Gross Commission, Top Team for the Office by Settled Units, Top Team for the Office by Listing & Selling GCI, and Top Team for the Office by Sales Volume.

KK Homes was also awarded region specific awards for the Charlottesville, Staunton and Waynesboro area of Long & Foster: Top Team Producer of the Year by Gross Commission, Top Team Producer of the Year by Settled Units, Top Listing Team and Top Sales Team.
