Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Katrina Schwartz to its Oceanfront/Coastal office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Schwartz will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Schwartz is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Schwartz holds membership in the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.
When asked what drew her to launch her career with Long & Foster, Schwartz said “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take!”

Schwartz was born in Long Island, New York, and attended Kean University in New Jersey, where she studied Communications. She has previously worked as a liability claims adjuster, a 911 operator, and a health insurance representative. She is married and has two children, Joey and Sarah.
In her free time, Schwartz enjoys traveling, reading, shopping and attending happy hours and social events.
