Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Katie Burke to its Oceanfront/Coastal office, in Virginia Beach. Burke has 12 years of experience in the real estate field.

Burke entered the real estate industry in 2012 and quickly found success in selling homes in the Hampton Roads area. She serves all of the Hampton Roads area and is also a broker in North Carolina. Coming from a military family, she has been able to leverage her knowledge to assist other military families in navigating the buying and selling process.

After graduating from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2014 with a B.S.B.A. in marketing and advertising, she launched her advertising company, Apex Marketing & Advertising. Through her company, she helps clients reach a wider market and sell their homes.

Finding time to give back to her community is especially important to Burke. She leads a volunteer group with the Union Mission Ministries in Norfolk. Additionally, she volunteers with Equi-Kids and attends Grace Bible Church.

Burke, who got married in 2023, enjoys spending time with her family, including her three children: Dixie Rae (14), Aubrie Lynn (9), and Parker June (6 months). She also likes to find time for horseback riding.
