Howell-Humphreys has been affiliated with the Oceanfront/Coastal office for 19 years and is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtor’s Association (HRRA). She has been part of HRRA Circle of Excellence awards for her entire career. She first worked alongside her mother Niki Inglis and for the last several years on her own. She has been a recipient of the Diamond Award the last two years.
Howell-Humphreys was born in Greece and grew up in a military family. When she was a teenager, her father retired and they relocated to Virginia Beach, a city she now considers home. Growing up in the military has allowed her to have a unique understanding of the needs of other military families. She now specializes in assisting military families permanent change of station into and out of Hampton Roads.
“I have the privilege of waking up every day and doing a job that I love,” Howell-Humphreys said. “I help people turn their dreams into reality. It’s such an awesome feeling being a part of that.”
Giving back to the community is very important to Howell-Humphreys. She is a Gold Star ombudsman for NSW. She serves on the board of directors for Special Operation Survivors Foundation and the United States Navy Seal Danny Dietz Foundation. She also co-leads a women’s bible study at Spring Branch Community Church.
Howell-Humphreys is happily married to her husband Scott. She has one son named Phillip, and an adorable grandson named Cash, who is three months old. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, reading and taking nice brisk walks along the beach.
