Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Justine Carr as a sales associate in its Devon office located at 92 Lancaster Ave., in Devon, Pa.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Justine join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Janet Rubino, vice president and manager. “The combination of Long & Foster and Justine’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Carr began her professional career after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in marketing from West Chester University. Her background includes sales and marketing in the telecommunications, advertising, and pharmaceutical industries. She has been a perpetual President’s Club award winner for her top tier results, and she attributes this to her dedication to building strong relationships, and focusing on her clients’ needs first.
By making an industry leap to real estate from pharmaceutical sales, Carr will apply her customer-focused philosophy to meet her clients’ real estate buying, selling, or renting needs, and she is dedicated to making those real estate searches and transactions a positive and fulfilling experience. Carr has natural talent and vision for using structural space to its full potential, and for interior design. She acted as the general manager for her own full home remodeling projects, including a gourmet’s kitchen, custom master bathroom and finished basement.
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Completing our Star Builders program has provided Justine with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Justine to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for more than 45 years.”
Carr has lived in Chester and Montgomery counties for more than 25 years. She currently lives in Phoenixville with her husband and three daughters. She is actively involved in her local community, including the YMCA, and volunteering in various capacities at the local schools. In her free time she enjoys reading, taking walks in Valley Forge National Park with her family and their dog, Molly, and adventure sports including mountain biking, kayaking and scuba diving.
