Frederick has been affiliated with the Oceanfront/Coastal office for 10 years and is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, Outer Banks Association of Realtors, Albemarle Association of Realtors, Prince William Association of Realtors and soon to join The Richmond Association of Realtors as well. He holds the professional designation of New Homes Specialist.

For his hard work in Real Estate, Frederick has been a member of the coveted Gold Team at Long & Foster as well a Circle of Excellence award winner.

Frederick was born in Portland, Maine and his father owned a real estate brokerage firm in Scarborough, Maine. For this reason, he says that Real Estate is in his DNA.

In his spare time, Frederick enjoys walking his dogs with his wife Dawn and spending time at the ocean.  He is looking forward to another 10 years with Long & Foster.
