With more than 35 years in manufacturing, insurance, financial planning, marketing and communications, Orazi brought his diverse background into the real estate industry 10 years ago. Since then, he has grown his personal business – he is an NJAR Circle of Excellence award winner – and operated as general sales manager at Weichert Realtors, the Asbury Group, managing broker at Coldwell Banker Casa Bella Reators and now broker associate at Long & Foster Real Estate in Ocean City, N.J.

Orazi is a director with the Ocean City Board of Realtors and chairs the Technology Committee. He holds the Resort and Second Property Specialist designation. In addition to real estate, Orazi is an accomplished writer. His plays have been produced throughout the U.S., he is a former Pennsylvania Playwright Fellow, he has written for television and film and has won Telly Awards and the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary at the New York Independent Film Festival. Orazi and his wife, Kathy, have been married more than 40 years.
