Jeremy Caleb Johnson, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Great Neck Office, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.
Awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the CRS designation recognizes that Johnson is an expert in working within the residential market using a variety of proven tools such as networking to deliver the highest quality and professional service possible to today’s homebuyers and sellers.
“I’m honored to have earned the prestigious CRS designation and to be among the 3 percent of Realtors nationwide who hold this designation,” Johnson said.
A Realtor since 2004, Johnson has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Great Neck/Coastal Virginia office since 2004 and is a member of L&F’s Chairman’s Club and Gold Team. He also is the 2007 Hampton Roads Realtors Association volunteer of the year and a past president of Cape Henry Rotary Club. Johnson also holds the professional designations of Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Residential Specialist, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, and Graduate, Realtor Institute.
Johnson is a member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, the Eastern Shore of Virginia Association of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors. An alumnus of James Madison University, the University of Delaware, and Oxford University, he currently resides in Virginia Beach.
