Tina Holt, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Oceanfront/Coastal office, congratulates Janiece Benjamin on celebrating her first anniversary as a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate.
“We offer our sincerest congratulations, as well as thanks, to Janiece, for her dedicated work,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Janiece is one of many examples of Long & Foster’s highly-trained professionals who go to great lengths to best serve clients seeking the total homeownership experience, and we wish her continued success in her real estate career.”
Benjamin has been affiliated with the Oceanfront/Coastal office for one year and is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association and also holds a Military Relocation Professional Designation.
Two quotes that Benjamin says drew her to launch her Real Estate career are, “act as if what you do makes a difference” and “if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Benjamin added, “I love Real Estate and everything Real Estate”.
Born in Elizabeth City, Benjamin currently resides there. She was raised in South Mills N.C., a smaller town about 15 miles from Elizabeth City. She serves on several community groups including The Community Involvement Advisory Group, That’s Who We “R” Advisory Group, and Common Interest Community Advisory Group.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Benjamin has spent much of her time volunteering with her church, most recently in the form of a Feed the Hunger Initiative. She also likes to read and try her hand at various do-it-yourself projects.
