James Ryal Joins Long & Foster’s Devon Office

July 22, 2022

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes James Ryal to its Devon, Pennsylvania office. Ryal is an Associate Broker with 21 years of experience in the real estate field. He is active in the Main Line area, including Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. He specializes in residential and investment properties.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Jim join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Janet Rubino, manager of the Devon office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Jim’s unique skills, knowledge and experience will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

It is great to be associated with the Art Herling Team.  The team sold nearly 1000 homes in 2021. There’s actionable intelligence for the agents and there is energy.  Going back to the founders, Long & Foster is operated by people that at some point sold houses.  This is important at the end of the day.  Not all of the competitors in today’s marketplace have that transactional experience at the leadership level.” Ryal said.

“We’re so pleased to announce Jim has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Jim has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Devon office and our company.”

Ryal is a member of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors Association and a past director of Suburban West Realtors Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.  Ryal served as Chairman of the Board for Suburban West Realtors in 2008.

Ryal is a trained mediator through the local realtor’s association and has helped several parties resolve disputes within the guidelines of the National Association of Realtors Dispute Resolution System.
