Kathy Opperman, Manager of Long & Foster’s Audubon office is pleased to announce that James Hill, III of The James Hill Team has acquired his Pennsylvania associate broker’s license.
“Broker’s license candidates are required to complete 240 hours of coursework in specific areas of study including real estate law, property management, residential construction and other topics,” Opperman said. “In addition, a broker’s license candidate must provide documented sales activity and at least 3 years experience. It’s a tremendous accomplishment for James to complete the education requirements while still listing and selling homes at award-winning, record pace. We are all very proud of him.”
Hill entered real estate in 2005 and in the past year he earned five designations as part of his commitment to continuing his education. He has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and e-Pro designations to bolster his skills in serving his buyer, seller, relocating and investor clients.
A father of three daughters and a fourth on the way, Hill has lived in the Montgomery-Chester counties his whole life. He has excelled as a top producer and is excited about new opportunities for growth due to the acquisition of his former firm, Alliance, by Long & Foster in September. In his spare time Hill enjoys working on Genealogy and organic gardening.
“With the best-trained, most knowledgeable agents such as Hill, Long & Foster continues to help the Philadelphia area buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals,” Opperman said.
