Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest privately-owned residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Heather Paoloni to its Strawberry Street office in Richmond, Virginia. Paoloni will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Heather join our team of highly trained professionals,” said John Martin, manager of the Strawberry Street office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Heather’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Paoloni is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. Paoloni holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Taking part in our Success Path program has provided Heather with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Heather to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for more than 45 years.”
“I’m thrilled to be a part of the Long & Foster team. I feel confident and prepared to give my clients the very best service,” Paoloni said. She said she is especially well positioned to help people who are relocating to the Richmond area. Paoloni and her husband, Christopher, relocated to Richmond eight years ago from New York.
