As a former flight attendant, Hekman believes in giving her clients first class service. Hekman was originally licensed in Pennsylvania in 1987 and in Virginia in 1990. She has represented new home communities in Hanover, Henrico and Chesterfield and she holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors. During her career, Hekman has successfully completed the Certified Sales Professional and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative courses of advanced real estate, and she is currently participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program.

Hekman currently resides in Richmond with her husband, John, who is retired from the U.S. Navy. They have two daughters and a grandson. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is pursuing a black belt in tae kwon do.
