Brings 20+ years of experience in the Delaware market

Frank Panunto, a real estate professional for more than 20 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster® Real Estate’s Bear, Del., office, located at 1271 Quintilio Drive. A native Delawarean, Panunto brings to his new position a wealth of experience in residential real estate, as well as a passion for helping agents build successful careers in real estate.

Panunto comes to Long & Foster with prior managerial experience in the real estate business. In his most recent role, he was responsible for corporate recruiting, agent training and education. He also directed his former firm’s strategic market development—an effort that greatly benefitted from his extensive knowledge of Delaware, as well as his expertise in building business relationships. Prior to his recent management position, Panunto worked in real estate sales for 19 years, serving home buyers and sellers in the New Castle County market.

“I’m thrilled to join the Long & Foster family and lead the team of distinguished real estate professionals in Bear, Del.,” said Panunto. “Long & Foster is known for attracting high-caliber sales associates and clientele by providing the best and latest tools, technology and training, and with the company’s focus on growing its presence throughout Delaware, it’s truly an exciting time and an honor to be part of Long & Foster. I look forward to helping our agents build their careers in real estate and further growing the Long & Foster brand in our region.”

Panunto added that he’s excited to work with Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, and the rest of the leadership team in Delaware, as they work to further grow Long & Foster’s presence in the market. During his career, Panunto developed close relationships with many of Long & Foster’s leaders, including Scott, with whom he previously worked.

“Supporting today’s real estate sales professionals takes a highly knowledgeable, experienced leader,” said Scott. “We are confident that adding Frank to the Long & Foster leadership team will result in the synergy on which our agents thrive. This is how our company has continued to help local buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for the past 45 years.”

Panunto earned his bachelor’s degree in architectural design from the University of Delaware. He currently resides in North Wilmington, Del., with his wife, who also works in the real estate business. For more information, visit www.LongandFoster.com.
