Shelley Welch has joined Fonville Morisey Realty, a Long & Foster company, as a full-time sales associate of the Brier Creek office’s satellite, Triangle Specialists II.

Prior to joining Fonville Morisey, Welch was a Human Services Director. She has extensive customer service experience and over 25 years of management and local community-based service delivery.

Originally from Chesapeake, Va., Welch attended the University of North Carolina and lives in Wake Forest with her two daughters, mother, and dog, Ziggy. She is a CASL soccer coach and referee.

Welch is a member of the Raleigh Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
