Tina Holt, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Oceanfront/Coastal office, congratulates Erika Schadt on celebrating her third anniversary as a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate.

Schadt has been affiliated with the Cape Charles office for three years and is an active member of the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors.

“I grew up in hospitality and went to college for hospitality management and really like working with the public, so that’s why I felt like Real Estate would be something I would enjoy,” said Schadt. “I chose Long & Foster because I really enjoyed my interview with Betty Ann, Betty Lou and Tina. I could definitely see myself working with these ladies, and I am glad I did. I love working with all of them.”

Schadt was born in Virginia Beach and moved to Emerald Isle, North Carolina at the age of one. She moved to the Eastern Shore in 2011 with her husband, Christopher, who is in the Coast Guard. Together they have two sons, Fisher (7) and Mattix (3).

In addition to real estate, Schadt has been a bar manager at the same restaurant on the Eastern Shore for 10 years. While her days tend to be busy with work and the duties of being a mom, she enjoys spending her free time with her family, boating in the summer and creating new memories to cherish.
