Obst graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Economics. After realizing that a cubicle wasn’t his style, he dove into the Virginia wine industry. He has worked in every avenue from tending vines, winemaking, sales, and even as a sommelier at a five star resort in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Obst has since moved back to Clarksville, VA with his family, a place he is proud to call home. He is eager to bring his years of sales experience and rolodex of contacts to an area that has seen incredible growth over the past few years. Outside of the office, you can find him on the family farm raising koi, planting grapes, or just enjoying a glass of wine and the country life.
