Edwidge Guzman Joins Long & Foster’s Cape Charles, Virginia Office

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Edwidge Guzman to its Cape Charles office in Cape Charles, Virginia. Guzman will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Guzman is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Guzman holds membership in the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors.

Born in Cap-Haitienm, Haiti, Guzman grew up in Brooklyn, New York.  She and her husband, Marco Guzman have a two-year old daughter, Nori.  Guzman was a U.S. Navy corpsman in a veteran’s hospital for 12 years.  She is currently attending the University of West Florida and studying public health with a concentration in disaster management.  In her spare time, Guzman enjoys reading, taking walks with her daughter, hiking, snowboarding, biking, candle making, fishing with her husband, and traveling.
