Donna Johnson, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Kitty Hawk/OBX office, has earned the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designation.

The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.

Johnson prides herself on her knowledge of the area and loves being helpful to her clients with everything from mortgage lenders to repairmen, finding an attorney or the best restaurants. This new designation will give her yet another tool to assist her clients in finding their perfect home.

When she has some free time, Johnson loves to do all things outdoors. Some of her favorite activities include boating, kayaking and walking her three dogs.
