Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Diane Elia to its North Wildwood, New Jersey office. Elia will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Elia is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Elia holds membership in the Cape May Association of Realtors.

Elia holds a bachelor of science degree in human resources management from Rosemont College.  She plans to leverage her previous human resources experience to assist buyers and sellers in negotiating the best outcome for their real estate transactions by working with them with the highest level of integrity and trust.

A local resident, Elia lives in the Anglesea section of North Wildwood with her husband Mike. She is an active member of the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce (GWCOC), South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association (SJREIA) and the Greater Wildwood Elks No. 1896.
