Deena B. Wynn, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Kempsville office, has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.

Awarded by the SRES Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the SRES designation recognizes Wynn as an expert in servicing and understanding the needs of the fast-growing senior market.

“By earning the SRES Designation, I have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home,” Wynn said.

A Realtor since 2006, Wynn has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Kempsville office since 2012 and is a 2014 L&F Director’s Club winner.

Wynn is a member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. She currently resides in Virginia Beach.
