Debbie McGee, an associate broker with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Village of Midlothian Office, has earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.
Awarded by the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the SRES designation recognizes McGee as an expert in servicing and understanding the needs of the fast-growing senior market.
“Today’s sellers have very specific needs, and it’s important for me to stay tuned into those needs and to serve them to the best of my ability,” McGee said. “Focusing on my clients is of utmost importance.”
A Realtor since 1983, McGee has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office since 2007. She is a member of the Chairman’s Club, is a Gold Team associate and most recently was recognized in the top 20 unit production in the Richmond region and as a 5-Star Real Estate Professional for 2015. McGee also holds the professional designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, Senior Real Estate Specialist and has been a licensed broker for 29 years.
McGee is a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she currently resides in Midlothian with her spouse and very spoiled Yorkie.
