Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes David Yorgey to its Wayne/Devon office located at 92 Lancaster Ave, where he will be working with real estate veteran Art Herling. This office is managed by Devon Manager and Vice President Janet Rubino. Yorgey, who has four years of real estate experience, will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have David join our team of highly trained professionals,” Rubino said. “The combination of Long & Foster and David’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
“We’re so pleased to announce David has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership David has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”
Yorgey said his decision to join the Art Herling Group and Long & Foster was driven by his interest in growing his experience. “I came to Long & Foster at the recommendation of Joe Marinelli with the intent of broadening the type of transactions I’m able to execute,” Yorgey said.
Yorgey lives in Norristown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Nicole, and their three children, David, Noelle and Gracie. His hobbies include many outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, camping and sports.
