David Tucker, a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tri-Cities/Southpark Sales office, has earned the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation.
Awarded by the National Association of Realtors, the GRI designation recognizes that Tucker successfully completed a course of study that provided a solid base of information designed to further his expertise within the real estate industry.
“Working toward my GRI designation has allowed me to take my career to the next level. This in-depth training will help me better serve my clients in today’s dynamic real estate market,” Tucker said.
Tucker received the nationally recognized designation by completing 60 classroom hours of real estate instruction with emphasis on topics such as legal liabilities, professional standards, brokerage relationships, contracts and specialized areas such as appraisal, negotiations and house construction. The designation is awarded exclusively to Realtors.
Tucker attended Longwood University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. In addition to being a top producer for Long & Foster, he is also one of the world’s best grandfathers.
