Fonville Morisey Realty welcomes Darrena McCulloh to the Pool/Hamilton Team at its Midtown office located in Raleigh. McCulloh will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

McCulloh is participating in Fonville Morisey’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. McCulloh holds membership in the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

McCulloh is a North Carolina native, calling Raleigh home for over 12 years. She attended Campbell University and was previously the Owner/Operator of a Chick-Fil-A franchise, where she won many awards for her profitability, breaking four consecutive years of sales growth records. Her passion for the Raleigh community led her to a new career in real estate.

“I am excited to serve this great community and hope to bring many families closer to reaching their homeownership goals,” McCulloh said.
