Darin Greear, a sales associate in Long & Foster Real Estate’s Blacksburg/ NRV office in Blacksburg, Virginia, has been named as one of the company’s top 100 agents. Greear earned a spot on the list—known as the Top 100 Elite Performers—based on his 2022 volume/transaction sides.
Greear sold 153 properties for a total sales volume of over $50.5 million earning him the Platinum Award for his 2022 Production. An agent for 19 years, Greear joined Long & Foster in 2004. Known for his outstanding work-ethic, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge, Greear’s long-standing sales success and local reputation has placed him in the top tier of REALTORS year-after- year.

Greear is generous with both his time and resources and is very active in the community. He serves on the Executive Committee for the New River Valley Young Life, the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Farm Bureau and has served on the local Southern States Cooperative and the Riner Volunteer Rescue Squad, which he helped establish in 2011. Greear and his wife Tabitha have donated nearly 850,000 pounds of fresh produce that was grown on their farm to over 40 different food banks over the course of the last 14 years. He is a lifetime resident of the Riner, Virginia community in Montgomery County and a Graduate of Radford University with a B.S. in math and economics.
