Wright is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating, and more. Wright holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Wright was born and raised in Henrico, Virginia, and is a graduate of Deep Run High School and James Madison University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in social work. After graduating from James Madison, Wright moved to the Museum District where she works for a Richmond nonprofit as a home visitor in Richmond’s Northside. Growing up in the Short Pump area, living downtown, working in North Richmond and taking advantage of every adventure Richmond has to offer has allowed Wright to gain an extensive knowledge of the area she serves.
