Clay McDonald Joins Long & Foster’s Grove Avenue Office in Richmond

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Clay McDonald to its Grove Avenue office in Richmond. McDonald will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

McDonald is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. McDonald will be joining The Thiel-Morris Team.

McDonald was born and raised in Hanover County, Virginia. He went to school at Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. McDonald works full-time for the Richmond Police Department as well as working with Long & Foster. McDonald currently resides in Henrico County with his wife, Taylor, and their two golden retrievers. In his spare time, he goes to the gym, plays golf, enjoys the beach, anything sport/adventure related, and spending time with family.
