Swafford and his family have been residents of the Eastern Shore for over 30 years. Before going into real estate, he was with the police department and retired as the Chief of Police in Fruitland, Maryland.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys fishing, crabbing, boating, cooking and participating in physical fitness activities. He loves being on or near the water.
