Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that local business, Bond’s Escape Room, has opened a second location at Market Common Clarendon in Arlington, Virginia. They were represented by Jennifer Burke, commercial real estate associate of Long & Foster Commercial Division in Tysons, Virginia.
Bond’s Escape Room is now open in Clarendon Commons. Located just above Sephora, it offers six escape room games with a wide variety of themes. This is a second location opened by local business owner, Egor Bondarev. Their first location in Fairfax is now the largest Escape Room on the East Coast with five-star ratings on every customer feedback site.
Bondarev and his team’s vision was to provide a second location that would have the same community hub feel for local families, college students, and businesses. The Clarendon Commons location has unique options for team-building events. Companies can arrange specific trainings that teach employees valuable skills in phone sales and time management training, now just footsteps away from their office.
“Working with local companies year over year is rewarding, as I see the companies, their teams, and the communities develop,” said Burke. “Working for these operators on their visions and figuring out how and where they can expand has become my passion.”
