Biringer Builders, represented by Long & Foster Real Estate, has earned a perfect score for the Parade of Homes with their new home built in Hallsley in Midlothian. This showcase home was one of the featured properties for the Massey Street of Hope earlier this season.
The 64th Annual Parade of Homes is an annual scattered site new homes show sponsored by the Home Building Association of Richmond. This year’s show featured 82 new homes throughout the greater Richmond area that were both furnished and unfurnished.
“We are very proud that the judges not only selected the Biringer Builders as the Gold Medal winner in their category but also awarded them a perfect score. This home was the only home this year to be recognized by the judges with a perfect score,” said Cindy Jez, vice president of new construction for Long & Foster Real Estate. “John Waters and his team at Biringer Builders take great pride in their homes and it is great to know that the industry judges recognize the quality and design elements of their efforts.”
