The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Yoakum holds membership in the Hampton Roads Realtor’s Association.

Yoakum was born and raised in Ohio. In 2016, she and her husband decided to move to Virginia Beach to be closer to their kids. She earned her master’s degree in education from NOVA Southeastern University and is the current director of Baylake Academy in Virginia Beach.

In her free time, Yoakum enjoys spending time with family, traveling, going to the beach, cooking and decorating.
