Beth Dalton Appointed Managing Broker of Long & Foster’s Tuckahoe and Centerpointe Offices in Richmond

Beth Dalton, a real estate professional since 2003, has been named managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tuckahoe and Centerpointe offices in Richmond, Virginia. Dalton most recently managed Long & Foster’s Blacksburg office, and she is known for her dedication and passion for the industry, as well as her integrity and commitment to her agents and their clients.

During Dalton’s tenure as manager in Long & Foster’s Blacksburg office, she provided her sales associates with training, support and education to ensure their success. As a result, her team produced outstanding results, earning Dalton and her agents numerous production awards, including highest agent productivity and most closed transactions across the company. The office also won many regional awards for its productivity and profitability.

Dalton began her real estate career at a large settlement company before earning her real estate license in 2003. She worked with a competing broker before joining Long & Foster in 2010. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive real estate experience and received notable acclaim along the way. Virginia Realtors named her Manager of the Year in 2015,  and the New River Valley Association of Realtors honored her as Realtor of the Year in 2008. Dalton is currently vice-president of Virginia Realtors, and she will serve as president-elect in 2020 and president in 2021.

In addition to obtaining her Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation from the Real Estate Business Institute, Dalton is a National Association of Realtors’ Leadership Academy Graduate. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.
