Anne Newkirk, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Stony Point office has been named Central Virginia’s Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Member of the Year. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.

Awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists members, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the CRS award recognizes Newkirk’s dedication and loyalty to the Richmond Chapter where she was the 2013 Chapter President.

A Realtor since 1995, Newkirk, has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Stony Point office for 18 years. Newkirk is a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently resides in Midlothian.
