Randolph has been affiliated with the Shore Drive Coastal office for 26 years and is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association and was a past president of the Tidewater Association of Realtors. She has been a licensed realtor since 1969 and holds many designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute.
Though Randolph retired from management in 2015, she has remained an active Realtor with Long & Foster and has also volunteered her time as a Code of Ethics instructor, a mediator and a professional standards member.
Randolph received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014, has been Broker of the Year three times, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager of the year and has also received the Code of Ethics Award at both state and local levels.
