Lloyd was born in Chesterfield, Virginia and has lived in Richmond for over 17 years. She loves trying new restaurants around town and considers herself to be a wine enthusiast. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University in Government and Law. Lloyd is a 2017 Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR) Leadership Academy graduate and her current committees for the RAR include Diversity and Inclusion Task Force member, as well as Grievance Committee member.

Lloyd has several certifications from the National Association of Realtors including Performance Management Network, At Home with Diversity, e-PRO, Short Sale and Foreclosure, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Commitment to Excellence.
