Amanda B. Carr Celebrates 23 Years with Long & Foster Real Estate

John VanderSyde, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Strawberry Street office, congratulates Amanda Carr on celebrating her 23rd anniversary as a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate, with a total of 27 years as a licensed Realtor.

Carr joined Long & Foster’s Virginia Properties office in 2001, marking the beginning of her successful career in real estate in Virginia. Currently based at the Strawberry Street office in Richmond’s Historic Fan District, Carr is an active member of the Richmond Association of Realtors and Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service. Carr is an Associate Broker and a Certified Senior Housing Specialist.

Carr’s journey started in North Carolina as a residential real estate appraiser after graduating from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill. She also obtained her North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license while still in school at UNC. Relocating with her family to Richmond in 1997, Carr quickly immersed herself in civic and school activities while establishing herself as a trusted real estate professional. She continues successfully caring for her clients across the Richmond Metropolitan Area with dedication and expertise.
