Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Erik Sante, recruited by top producing Blue Bell agents, Art Herling and Will Eagles. Sante will be working closely with Herling and Eagles in the Blue Bell office.  This office is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Sante will specialize in working with high-end residential home buyers and sellers.

Sante has been in the Real Estate industry for two years. When asked, what drew him to work with Long & Foster, he said, “Long & Foster has many windows of opportunity within the brokerage. Sante received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from East Stroudsburg University. Sante is currently living in Lansdale, Pennsylvania with his fiancé Brittany and their Golden Retriever, Kane.  In his free time, he enjoys all things golf.
