Credentialed media outlets are exempt from the prior written permission requirement and are permitted to use the images, photographs, and other information provided that such use is for legitimate business purposes and incident to traditional reporting; however, The Long & Foster Companies reserves the right to restrict and/or revoke such permission at any time if the information is misappropriated, misrepresented or misused.
