Fonville Morisey Now Operating as Long & Foster Real Estate

Fonville Morisey is changing its name. Starting today, Fonville Morisey will begin operating as Long & Foster Real Estate, the No. 1 real estate brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic and part of Berkshire Hathaway affiliate HomeServices of America. This change marks more than a rebrand; it reflects a unified vision: one name, one team and one mission—to make the real estate process simpler and more seamless for buyers, sellers and homeowners.

Fonville Morisey has been part of the Long & Foster family since 2006. By aligning fully under the Long & Foster name, the company’s agents now benefit from the strength of a trusted brand with over 50 years of success, a dominant market presence and powerful network of resources. The transition allows Fonville Morisey to provide its clients with even greater customer support, taking advantage of the brand recognition and reach of Long & Foster’s name.

“Bringing Fonville Morisey and Long & Foster together under a single brand benefits both our teams and clients,” said Patrick Bain, president and CEO of The Long & Foster Companies. “For Fonville Morisey agents, it means greater access to Long & Foster’s partnerships and tools, enhancing the exceptional level of service they already provide. Most importantly, it empowers them to deliver Long & Foster’s All-Inclusive Real Estate Experience—a comprehensive approach that brings together everything and everyone you need to buy, sell, rent, own and invest in real estate. It’s one-stop shopping for real estate, and it streamlines and simplifies the real estate process for today’s consumers.”

“Fonville Morisey and Long & Foster have worked together for nearly 20 years, and I’m thrilled to see what we can achieve as one unified brand,” said Eller. “This alignment allows us to provide the kind of streamlined real estate experience today’s consumers are looking for.”
