Lynn Kemmerer Named Managing Broker of Long & Foster’s Eastern Shore Offices

Long & Foster Real Estate has appointed Lynn Kemmerer as the new managing broker of the company’s Easton, St. Michaels, Cambridge and Denton offices on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. She will assume the role at the end of August.

Kemmerer brings more than 20 years of real estate leadership and sales experience to her new role. She most recently managed Long & Foster’s Fairfax Centre and Reston offices in Northern Virginia, and during her tenure there, the offices were recognized among the company’s top locations for growth and delivery of the All-Inclusive Real Estate Experience.

Before managing the Reston and Fairfax Centre offices, Kemmerer led Long & Foster’s Professional Development division, creating and delivering award-winning agent training programs across the company. Prior to her roles in leadership, Kemmerer was a top-producing real estate agent specializing in luxury properties in Great Falls, Va., on the Potomac River. Earlier in her career, she worked in technology training and project management for a government contractor in the Washington, D.C., area.

Industry veteran brings more than two decades of leadership and sales expertise to the role

Long & Foster Real Estate has appointed Gary Lange, Jr., as the new managing broker of its Fairfax Mosaic office in Fairfax, Va. A respected industry leader with over 20 years of experience, Lange brings a proven record of success in strategic growth, agent development and operational excellence.

A licensed broker in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C., Lange has led high-performing offices for several franchise brokerages. He has overseen teams of more than 130 agents, driven year-over-year profit growth, and built dynamic coaching programs to support both new and experienced professionals.

Lange is actively involved in the real estate industry, having served multiple terms on the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Board of Directors. He also chaired and contributed to several key committees for NVAR, and during his career, he received numerous honors from the association, including being named NVAR Realtor of the Year in 2019.
