Tim W. Wilson is CEO of Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, and president of the affiliated businesses of The Long & Foster Companies. He is responsible for managing strategic business development, operations and sales for Prosperity Home Mortgage, Long & Foster Settlement Services, and Long & Foster Insurance Agency, Inc. Wilson joined Long & Foster following a 22-year career in various roles at Wachovia and World Savings. His last position at Wachovia was executive vice president and director of wholesale lending, a role he held from 2007 to 2009. Wilson has a long career in banking and lending and has served on a variety of committees and special projects related to mortgages and financing, including his former role as chairman of the Real Estate Services Providers Council, Inc.
