Foster became a top producer within his first year as an agent, was appointed as a branch manager with Long & Foster in 2007, and was tapped as a regional vice president in 2010. In 2011, Foster was appointed senior vice president , heading the company’s Northern Virginia and West Virginia region. His territories as president include North Carolina, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, the suburban and Montgomery County areas of Maryland, and the Charlottesville and Northern Virginia areas.
