Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, is proud to announce that four of its agents have been selected as members of the 2016 Leadership Development Academy sponsored by the Richmond Association of Realtors.
The Long & Foster agents selected by the Richmond Association of Realtors Nominating Committee include Greer Jones with the Village of Midlothian office, Brooke Barnard with the Grove Avenue office, and Charlie Bickel and Susan Magee, both with the Harbour Pointe office.
This program, which has been relaunched for 2016, is limited to 15 participants from the 4,000 agent members of the Richmond Association of Realtors. The purpose of the program is to expose a diverse group of participants to a variety of leadership concepts through seminars, workshops, site visits and experiential learning sessions. Members were nominated based upon their strong leadership potential.
“We are very proud that these individuals have been selected by the Richmond Association of Realtors to be a part of the Leadership Development Academy. This year-long program is a commitment that will not only benefit our agents and our industry, but is also a tribute to their office and to Long & Foster Real Estate,” said Scott Shaheen, senior vice president for Long & Foster Real Estate. “Our company was founded on the principles of honesty, integrity and leadership. These values are reflected in the work of these agents and it is an honor for them to be selected for the program.”
