Mercogliano is a 14-year veteran of the real estate profession specializing in residential real estate. Her areas of expertise include working with buyers and sellers to help them find their dream home, rentals, investments, and /or vacation homes in addition to helping them to “downsize” or “right size” their real estate. She is experienced in all facets of real estate and serves Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Lancaster, Berks and Philadelphia Counties.

A 20-year resident of Chester County, Mercogliano is licensed in Pennsylvania, and holds the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified New Home Sales Professional and the e-Pro designation. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Widener University Law School, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also holds a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Prior to her real estate career, Mercogliano was employed in health care management as well as nursing, and holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing.
