Julie Thomas Arthur, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation. Arthur is a member of Long & Foster’s Roanoke office.

Awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the CRS designation recognizes that Arthur is an expert in working within the residential market using a variety of proven tools such as networking to deliver the highest quality and professional service possible to today’s homebuyers and sellers.

A Realtor since 1993, Arthur has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Roanoke office since 2011, and has been a consistent top producer and Gold Team member.

Arthur is a member of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors. A graduate of Virginia Tech, she currently resides in Salem, Va., with her husband Mike and three children.
