Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent real estate company in the United States, has announced today that its commercial division, located in Vienna, Va., has represented a buyer in the purchase of the Fredericksburg Shopping Center.
The shopping center includes 102,254-square-feet of retail space and the deal was for $10.250 million. This was a joint effort that included three dedicated Long & Foster brokers, including Erik Ulsaker, David Paik and Thomas Walsh of the commercial division. The deal was financed through John Marshall Bank’s Tony Wininger and closed in just 30 days from the first offer.
“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this sale between the Buyer and The Fredericksburg Shopping Center,” said Ken Ulsaker, executive vice president of the Commercial Division. “We’re confident this location will be a good fit for the Buyer.”
